The holiday season has arrived, and has brought with it the glow and warmth of holiday decorations. From the streets in Maplewood and Richmond Heights we can see homes draped in garland and dancing lights, making ready for festivities yet to come. You are now invited to take a more intimate look into these charming neighborhood homes and churches in a Holiday House Tour.

The tour will take place December 13, from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m. The house tour will guide participants through several residences and historic churches in Maplewood and Richmond Heights. Gracious residents and churches have opened their beautiful homes and facilities, some of which were built over 100 years ago, to be toured during this special event. Also on the route is our very own Joe’s Place. Come see the residence that provides four MRH High School boys with a “home” for the holidays.

Tickets for this event may be purchased at $10 per person in advance at the MRH Elementary School Main Office, MRH Central Office, Scheidt Hardware, and Barb Summers Realty, and will also be available on the day of the event. Proceeds from ticket sales will benefit the MRH Elementary PTO.

Refreshments will be made available at each of the places of worship on the tour. All proceeds from refreshments sales will benefit the St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry.
