Blue Devil Football Team will be Honored December 12
MRH will honor the 2007 Blue Devil football team for a great season during halftime of the boys basketball home game on Wednesday, December 12. The team made it to the state semifinals, the best playoff run in MRH football history.
The basketball game will start at 6:30 pm and the recognition will take place during halftime. A reception for the team will follow the game.
Several members of the MRH football team were recently honored in a statewide poll of sportswriters and broadcasters. Coach David Harris was name "Coach of the Year" in Missouri Class 2 in the poll. Junior Bryant Allen was named first-team all state at wide receiver and junior Devin Lindsey was named first-team all state at linebacker.
