2. Calling MRH Central Administrative Offices at (314) 644-4400 and requesting a copy be sent to your home.
3. Getting a copy at MRH Central Administrative Offices at 7539 Manchester Road, Maplewood, MO 63143.

Beginning January 1, 2005 House Bill 1453 goes in effect. It requires all individuals hired after January 1, 2005, whose jobs involve contact with students have an FBI fingerprint background check. (This included substitute teachers & volunteers also) Fingerprint cards will be provided to the applicants. There is a $38.00 fee that is to be sent with the completed fingerprint card to DESE. (This will take approximately 4 weeks to get the results back).
If we choose to employ and assign an individual before receiving the final results of a FBI fingerprint background check, the employment should be contingent on the receipt of a favorable background clearance (St. Louis City/County Record Check ($9.00) & Child Abuse Screen (no cost). The cost to hire a new employee, substitutes, & volunteers would then possibly be $47.00 for all record checks. MRH will pay the cost for volunteer criminal record checks. Substitute teachers and new employees will be responsible for their own.
