The MRH Administrative Council manages and supervises the school district. The Council consists of a fourteen-member administrative team including five Central Office Administrators, four Principals, one Assistant Principal, two Deans of Students, one Director of Student Services, and one Director of the Alternative School. Administrative Council meets monthly to discuss district goals, progress, and achievement.
Superintendent
Linda Henke, PhD
Linda Henke joined MRH in July 2000. She has served as teacher, curriculum coordinator, director, and principal. Linda was Assistant Superintendent in the Clayton School District for ten years before coming to MRH as Superintendent. She has a PhD from University of Iowa, was recognized by University of Iowa for outstanding research, and received one of six excellence in scholarship awards from the American Association of School Administrators in 1990. Linda has published several articles, chapters, and one book. Her work was most recently highlighted by Panasonic Foundation and by Peter Senge in his book Schools that Learn. Linda has one son named Andrew who recently graduated from John Carroll University.

Kay Lesley, CPA
Kay Lesley joined MRH in 2003. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration specializing in Accounting from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Lindenwood College. She has a Certified Public Accountant certificate and served at Parkway School District as Supervisor of Finance prior to joining MRH. She is a member of the Missouri Association of School Business Officials and the Association of School Business Officials International.
Director of Buildings and Grounds
Beth Rowland
Beth Rowland is in her 20th year with the District and her 7th year as Buildings and Grounds Director. She is supervisor of the custodian and maintenance staff and student transportation services. She is also responsible for overseeing all construction and renovation projects within the district. Beth is a member of the Greater St. Louis Area Plant Manager Association and served as their treasurer from three years. Beth has been married for 23 years and has two sons.

David Kuschel
David Kuschel joined MRH in 2006. He has a bachelor's degree in communications from Truman State University as well as a master's degree in media communications and an MBA from Webster University. Prior to coming to MRH, he worked in the public affairs department of the Parkway School District and as the public relations director at Marygrove, a nonprofit organization that serves children in need. David is a member of the National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA). He and his wife, Stacey, have two daughters.
Principal, Early Childhood Center
Cyndi Hebenstreit, PhD
Cynthia Hebenstreit is principal at the Early Childhood Center. She recently earned her doctorate at Saint Louis University in the department of Educational Leadership and Higher Education. Her Master of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education was earned at Maryville University and her Bachelors degree and teaching certifications are from Saint Louis University. She resides in west Belleville, Illinois with her family.

Kathy Stroud EdD
Kathy Stroud earned her doctorate in Educational Leadership from Maryville University. She also has a master’s degree in education in the area of counseling, and a bachelor’s degree in special education from UM-St. Louis. Kathy has over 25 years of experience in elementary and special education and joined the MRH community in 2006. She previously worked in Parkway School District where she served as an assistant principal and counselor. Her initial experience was as a resource teacher for Special School District. Kathy and her husband Greg have two children, Julie and Mike.

Steven Lawler
Steven Lawler came to MRH Middle from the Ritenour School District, where he most recently served as an assistant principal at Ritenour Middle School. Previous to that he served in the same position at Hoech Middle School in Ritenour. He has also served as the assistant director of the Ritenour Middle Level Summer Academy and as a social studies and communication arts teacher at Hoech Middle School. He has a master’s of arts in education degree from Maryville University and a bachelor’s of science degree in secondary education from the University of Missouri – Columbia. He holds a middle school certificate from Maryville University. He and his wife, Janine, have three children: Sterling, Francine and Katherine Janine.

S. Patrick McEvoy
Patrick McEvoy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia, a Masters in Education from University of Missouri-St. Louis, and a EdS from St. Louis University. He has been with the District since 1998. Pat is married to Amy and has one daughter and one son.
Dean of Students, MRH High School
Jayne Jackson
Jayne Jackson began teaching at MRH in 1990. Since then, Jayne taught freshman English and journalism, served as newspaper and yearbook advisor, and coached volleyball. She became the Athletics Director in 1994 and last year added Dean of Students to her role at MRH. Jayne has a bachelors degree from Indiana University and masters degree from St. Louis University.

Michael Maclin
Michael Maclin became Dean of Students at MRH High after serving as counselor / instructor at the MRH New Vision Center in 2006-2007. Prior to coming to MRH, he served as a guidance counselor in the Hazelwood School District and as a teacher assistant in the Parkway School District. He has a master's of science in school guidance and counseling and a bachelor's of science in communication from Missouri Baptist University. He is currently pursuing his degree in educational administration. Michael loves being part of the MRH family.

Vince Estrada
Vince Estrada has been Director of Student Services since 2001, after working as the MRH social worker for six years. Vince holds a bachelors from Marquette University and a Masters in Education from Harvard University. He and his wife, Christy, have three children.

David Harris
David Harris joined MRH in 2002. Previously he worked as the Coordinator of the Transfer Program & Special Projects for the Parkway School District. David also serves as the Head Football Coach for the MRH Blue Devils. David holds a bachelors and masters degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He and his wife, Hilary, have a son and daughter.
